Formation of Company

    Our team will arrange with a Chartered Accountant in consultation with Brus Chambers and  prepare, and file the form each year on behalf of the Company ensuring that the filing deadline is met. 

  • Documentation in relation to Annual Accounts
    Our team in consultation with a Chartered Accountant will notify you each year in advance of the filing deadline, sending all the necessary documents to ensure that the Annual Accounts are filed in an efficient and timely manner.

In addition to the above, we will upon request by you:
  • Arrange and document AGM
    We will advise you when the meeting is due and provide you with all the necessary documentation for signing. 

  • Prepare paperwork relating to structural changes to the Company:
    Change of officers, change of registered office, change of accounting reference date, change of name. 

  • Changes to share structure
    We will prepare all necessary documentation with regard to share transfers/allotments, increase in capital etc. 

  • Certification and Notarisation
    We will prepare the necessary paperwork and arrange for the certification and notarisation of documents. 

  • Arrange for the Elective Resolution Regime to be put in place
    Your company may elect to take up Elective Resolutions in order to dispense with certain procedures each year and we will provide you with the necessary advice and documentation in respect of this.

Provision of Registered Address
Every company must provide a registered office address which need not be the same address as the company's place of business. We will provide Brus Chambers address as your company's registered office, receiving mail on behalf of the company and forwarding the same according to your instructions until complete formation and actual functioning of the company.
