Legal Practice & Case Management: Ms. Oraon actively assists in the drafting of commercial legal notices, ship arrest applications, and release petitions across India. She specializes in charterparty disputes, maritime claims recovery, bunker claims, crew claims, and all matters covered under maritime claims. Her expertise extends to handling vessel arrest and release procedures in major Indian ports including Mumbai, Chennai, Kochi, Visakhapatnam, and Kolkata.
Arbitration & Dispute Resolution: She attends to and assists in arbitration proceedings, both domestic and international, with particular focus on shipping and project-related disputes. Her work includes preparing arbitration submissions, evidence compilation, and coordinating with arbitral tribunals. She also supports project dispute resolution matters in infrastructure, energy, and construction sectors.
Ms. Oraon has pursued a
unique interdisciplinary academic path. She holds a credential in Marketing
Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB), as part of
the MicroMasters in Business Management. In addition, she has pursued
MicroMasters in Entrepreneurship, and has academic grounding in both Computer

and structured billing in line with client expectations.
Ms. Oraon is equally active
in the marketing and strategic communications vertical of the firm. She ensures
brand consistency and cohesion across all firm materials and platforms. Her
